Pizza Base – Pinsa Oval - Professional/Domestic Use – Partially Baked
Ingredients:
Water, soft wheat flour type “0”, soft wheat flour type “00”, re-milled durum wheat semolina, rice flour, salt, extra virgin olive oil, brewer’s yeast (S. cerevisiae), preservative: potassium sorbate.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Shelf life 150 days. Store in a cool and dry place.
Once opened, consume within 1–2 days.
Product must be cooked before use
Top as desired and bake in a conventional oven at 300 °C (top) and 250 °C (bottom) for approx. 4–5 minutes.
